What You’ll Do

  • Design High‑Impact Visuals across billboards, webpages, emails, social media, paid media and messaging platforms

  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters and fellow designers to bring campaigns to life

  • Craft Typographic Layouts that align perfectly with each client’s brand voice

  • Leverage AI & Image‑Gen Tools to accelerate ideation and boost creativity

  • Support Video & Motion Graphics for Reels, Stories and YouTube (CapCut skills a bonus!)

  • Adapt Content to suit platform‑specific specs and audience behaviors

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design with 2+ years’ digital‑design experience

  • Bilingual (Afrikaans & English – spoken & written) our studio vibe is a lekker mix of both!

  • Adobe Suite & Canva ninja‑level proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Solid Print & Digital Know‑How: pre‑press file prep, color management, resolution & export specs

  • File Management: organized asset libraries, version control and delivery-ready files

  • Fast‑Paced, High‑Pressure Ready: you thrive when deadlines stack up and ideas need to fly

  • Basic HTML/CSS for email and web design (a BONUS)

  • Portfolio Required: showcase your best branding, layouts, motion work or AI experiments

Aimex Studio is looking for a detail-driven, organized and proactive Marketing Administrator with a junior accounting qualification to join our team in Bellville.  This full-time, office-based role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across both admin and finance, thrives in a structured environment and values teamwork.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-driven Marketing Administrative Officer to join our team. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day business operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating client quotes, managing supplier relationships, handling some payments and overseeing financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Supplier Coordination

  • Obtain quotes based on client or internal requests

  • Prepare payment requests for approved quotes

  • Send proof of payment (PoP) to suppliers

  • Request and file tax invoices from suppliers

  • Liaise with suppliers for delivery updates and manage signage and billboard logistics, etc.

  • Order and organise supplies for office needs, open weekends and celebratory events

Administrative & Financial Tasks

  • Drive to collect supplies or make payments when necessary for events/operations

  • Balance and reconcile the company credit card on Xero

  • Perform month-end finances and reconciliations in Xero

  • Send monthly invoices to clients

  • Track all daily tasks and project updates via ClickUp

Marketing & Listings Management (when needed)

  • Obtain and verify listing information from Property24 and ensure all data is accurate and up to date

  • Complete and maintain all daily, weekly and monthly marketing checks

  • Manage the boosting and featured listing schedule of Property24, ensuring alignment with scheduled development open days

Requirements:

  • Accounting degree or junior accounting qualification

  • 1-2 years’ experience in administration, finance and supporting roles

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software)

  • Experience with Property24 or similar real estate listing platforms

  • Ability to multitask and manage tight schedules

  • Valid driver’s license and own transport

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Dependable, proactive, trustworthy and professional attitude

  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
